With the introduction of the Batch Download functionality, staff members are able to bulk download forms for an entire team into one pdf document. Administrator and Coordinator roles will be able to use the Batch Download for all active teams within their school/organization. Coach and Medic roles will only be able to use the Batch Download on their assigned teams. The Additional Staff Role can only download their assigned form with the Batch Download. The Batch Download allows staff members to download or print out some, or all, athletes’ forms, which will save a significant amount of time versus going to each individual athlete’s profile.
