Add Family Members
If your school/organization has enabled this module, you will be able to add family members who are associated with other teams offered by the school/organization.
NOTE: As a staff member, you do not have to complete the Personal Details, e-PPE questionnaire, or other forms unless your school/organization requires you to complete them. Also you can ignore your Clearance Status and joining a team.
Step 1. Click Add Member from your HOME page.
Step 2. Fill in the information of the family member you want to add
The last name of the new family member will be pre-populated, but it can be changed if needed. Click Add Member when finished.
Step 3. Complete the missing information
After you confirm the information, you are directed back to the HOME page page where you will see your new family member listed. Click on their name and begin to complete their information.
