The reason why Internet Explorer sometimes encounters an issue is because Privit Profile™ uses encryption when transmitting information from our servers to your web browser in order to protect your private health information. Some versions of Internet Explorer are unable to display PDF documents when served over this type of secure connection. If you receive the following error message, or are seeing a blank page when trying to view or print your documents, you may need to update your version of Internet Explorer or try a different web browser.
"Unable to download <filename> from <server>. The file could not be written to the cache."
