Why is my Clearance Status "Pending" or "Not Cleared"?

If the clearance status is “pending” or "not cleared" this means the administrator or the responsible staff member of your school or organization has not yet manually logged in on their end and updated the clearance status.

The administrator or responsible staff member should be able to confirm when the clearance status will be updated for the athlete. The clearance status is not automatically updated when the profile is complete. 

If there are no red X's for any e-signatures on any forms, and the correct forms are turned in or uploaded for the athlete, then the athlete's profile should be complete.
