Can you define what the different organization roles can or cannot do in the system?

 

1. PRIVIT® MVP (Administrator)

The PRIVIT® MVP is typically the main contact person between your organization and PRIVIT®.

As an Administrator for the organization you will have the ability to do the following: 

Under Update Organization Profile:

  • Edit and update organization profile

Under Manage Teams:

  • Create, edit, copy, and retire teams
  • Manage team staff
  • View athlete emergency contact information
  • Remove an athlete from a team
  • Upload documents on behalf of an athlete

Under Manage Users:

  • Add authorized personnel
  • Assign user roles
  • Remove a user

Under Organization Statistics:

  • Review all teams associated with your organizations
  • Review which teams are retired
  • Review how many members belong to a team

2. Coach

When a Coach role is assigned to an individual this person will only be able to see information relevant to the teams the administrator associates them within Privit Profile™. For any team a Coach role is defined the Coach will be able to do the following:

Under Members:

  • View profile images and names associated with athletes on the team
  • Ability to upload documents on behalf of an athlete
  • View the cleared for sports status of an athlete and if applicable history notes associated with this status
  • Ability to see the emergency information for each athlete
  • Ability to remove an athlete from the team 

Under PRIVIT e-PPE Completion (if applicable):

  • Review Team Members
  • View profile images, name, and emails associated with athletes on the team
  • View the percent of completion for an athlete’s e-PPE and Demographics
  • Ability to automatically notify athletes who still need to complete their e-PPE and Demographics

Under Reports:

  • Ability to review a team summary that includes: coach’s name, medical personnel’s name, athlete’s name and profile picture, cleared for sports status, and primary and secondary phone numbers
  • Ability to view the Team Roster that includes: athlete’s profile picture and name, and cleared for sports status 

3. Medical Personnel

When the Medical Personnel role is assigned to an individual this person will only be able to see information relevant to the teams the administrator associates them within Privit Profile™.

Often times this role is assigned to team physicians and athletic trainers.

For any team the Medical Personnel role is defined the Medical Personnel will be able to do the following:

  • View profile images, name, and emails associated with athletes on the team
  • Ability to upload documents on behalf of an athlete
  • Ability to edit the cleared for sports status of an athlete and if applicable review the history notes associated with this status
  • Ability to see the emergency information for each athlete
  • Ability to see all the e-PPE generated reports, including: Physical Packet, Clearance Form, Emergency Information, Privit Profile™ Medical History Summary, Physical Examination Form, and Acknowledgment of Insurance Requirements Printout

4. Sport Coordinator

When the Sport Coordinator role is assigned to an individual, this person is able to see specific information for all the teams.

Where an authorized user is designated as a Sport Coordinator he/she will be able to do the following for all teams associated with the organization:

  • View profile images, name, and emails associated with athletes on all teams
  • Ability to upload documents on behalf of an athlete
  • Ability to edit the cleared for sports status of an athlete and if applicable review the history notes associated with this status
  • Ability to remove an athlete from the team
